AM-7 miles total. We ran a mile and a half warm up, 2x800, 2x400, 8x200, and a mile cool down. It was a really good run and I felt great. I found that my shins splints, ankle, and tendonitus don't usually hurt too bad while I'm running. (:
PM- easy 3. We ran as a team again. It felt really good and the wind was fun. We were going pretty darn slow though. I mean I love team runs and I know we need them in order to bond but we can definately afford to pick up the pace a bit. |
