AM-Easy 3
PM-Race 4 miles with warm up/ cool down 3 miles. I feel that I raced the best I have all year. I finally found out how I'm going to race this year. I just start out slow then slowly speed up the whole race. I didn't slow down or settle at all this whole race and it felt amazing. actually, it hurt really bad but it felt amazing after (: well worth it (: |
