1.5 warm up, 100, 200, 300, 400, 400, 300, 200, 100, 1.5 cool down. Coach got all creative on us and drew up a 400 meter loop on the grass. so we ran pyramids on it. I rolled my ankle a couple hundred times but it was really fun. (: it was like a game. the JV girls went, then the JV boys were sent to catch them, then we went and were sent to catch all of them, and then the varsity boys were sent to catch us. it was insane but it was way fun!
