AM- speed work out. 1.5 warm up, 6x200's, and 1.5 cool down. The 200's were murder but hurt so good! I killed myself on every one of them and feel pretty good about it.
PM- easy 4 on region course with 8 striders. supa funn! (: Frida, Mia, kaylee and I just told stories the whole time. T'was grand (: can't wait for region! |
