AM- 1.5mile warm up, 4x30sec intervals w/ 1min rest, 3x800's, 2x1000's, 1mile cool down. For some reason I was having the most difficult time breathing. I'm sure it made me stronger though. Coach Holt pushed me like no other on the last 2x1000's.
PM- easy 3. I ran with Coach Roberts and just had fun with it. It felt great. |
