sadly these were all during my freshman year. Since then I've been injured so I'm just trying to make my way back. Short-Term Running Goals: -Shin splints seem to be unavoidable but I'm hoping to be able to finish this year without having them turn into stressed fractures.
-I need to learn to be patient with building my mileage slowly. This may seem like a lame goal but this is my biggest problem. I wish I could just run!

XC is the bomb and Track.. well it's a way to pass time, and keep me in shape. I also love soccer, and I'm slightly obsessed with dancing. I have the best family ever, and great friends. I hope to graduate and go to SUU. I also love going to the lake, river, pool... anything that involves swimming. I like to hang out with friends and basically just keep busy. |
